"Turnaround took forever"
The turnaround was just way too slow. I kept waiting... and waiting. Not what I expected at all. Frustrating, especially for a first try. Didn’t leave the best impression.

"I’ve used Hampr a few times now..."
I’ve used Hampr a few times now, and the pickup has been right on time every single time. I just leave the bag out, and magically, it disappears when they say it will, a wild concept for a service these days, I know. No missed pickups, no awkward follow-ups, no trying to hunt someone down. that’s all I was hoping for, and so far it’s been really easy and reliable

"They fixed it, but I needed a little more reassurance"
I had a problem with my laundry pickup, and it was frustrating at first. I wasn’t sure what was going on, so I would’ve really appreciated quicker updates just to know someone was actually looking into it. Support did eventually get back to me and got everything sorted, which I’m grateful for, but it took longer than I was hoping. The service is fine when everything goes smoothly, I just wish the communication was a bit faster and more reassuring when there’s an issue...

"Missing shirt got sorted, but I did expect something for the hassle"
One of my shirts was missing after my wash, and I was frustrated at first. I reached out to support expecting the usual generic response, but they actually replied quickly and seemed to take it seriously.
It turned out the shirt had ended up in another bag, and my washer brought it back the next day. I get that mistakes happen, and they handled it well, but I was still kind of expecting a small credit or something for the inconvenience

"Fresh laundry and a little time back"
I’ve used Hampr twice now, it’s been a solid experience. My shirts and towels came back clean, neatly folded, and fresh without that overpowering perfume smell. It saved me from spending my whole Sunday doing laundry, which feels like a decent win. So far, no issues at all, and it’s nice to have a service that just does what it says and treats your stuff with care.

"Every time I order these washers..."
Every time I order these washers, they seem to be different. One batch is okay, the next feels cheaper or just not the same quality at all. They make it sound like you’re getting a consistent product, but it’s all vague promises and no real follow-through. I just want the same washer quality each time.

"Scheduling Was Easy"

"Clean laundry, but the scent felt a bit much"
My laundry came back nice and clean, so no complaints there. The only thing was the detergent smell was stronger than I personally like. Maybe they use a concentrated detergent or something, I’m not totally sure, but it lingered a bit for me. I’d love to see more unscented or lighter scent options

"Delivery was fine, but the tracking could be better"
My order did end up arriving, so that was good, but the tracking updates came in late and weren’t super clear. It felt like an avoidable hassle since better updates would’ve made the whole thing less frustrating...

"Pretty reliable when I need it"
I’ve used Hampr a few times now, and it’s been there whenever I’ve checked, which has been really convenient. It’s especially nice when the laundry starts piling up and I just don’t feel like dealing with it. Pickup times have been easy to find, too. Nothing’s perfect, but it’s been a smooth experience so far.

I had a frustrating experience with support. When I reached out, it took a long time to get replies, and when they finally came through, they didn’t really help solve my issue. I ended up feeling like I was mostly waiting around without getting much useful direction

The app was easy to figure out and use overall. It did freeze on me once, so I made sure not to rush and kept an eye on what I was doing just in case. Other than that, no real issues

"Folding didn’t really live up to what they promised"
I tried Hampr mostly because they make it sound like the folding is going to be super neat and consistent, but it was just okay. Some of my shirts looked nice, but a few towels and pants seemed rushed and not folded the way I expected. Nothing was ruined or anything, so that’s good, but it definitely didn’t feel like the polished service they promise. It did save me time, so I might use it again if I’m really busy, but I was a little disappointed

My clothes came back looking super clean and smelling so fresh it was almost like they were brand new. No issues at all, everything was just easy and exactly how I hoped it would be

"Convenient, but actually not the best deal"
Hampr is definitely nice to have when I’m too busy to deal with laundry, and overall the service has been fine. That said, for the price, I’m actually not totally sure it’s always worth it. A couple of my items came back a little wrinkled, which wasn’t a huge deal, but still. It’s not bad at all, it just kind of depends on how much you really hate doing laundry.

"Updates could’ve been better"
The service itself worked fine, so that part was okay. But the updates weren’t great, honestly. I felt like I had to keep checking in myself, and when messages did come through, they were usually late. It just would’ve been better, a lot better, if the communication was more consistent.
